Theresa Kulikowski-Gillespie | Functional Medicine Physician Assistant & Mindfulness Meditation Teacher

I wholeheartedly recommend Theresa Kulikowski-Gillespie. She utilizes evidence-based practices and age-old wisdom to support her clients in staying true to who they are. I value her use of introspective practices and body-mind-spirit approach.

Theresa's approach to healing embodies the art of conscious presence, particularly for those navigating the complex terrain of chronic illness. Theresa's journey through her own chronic illness awakened her to a profound truth: healing happens in the now. Through her unique blend of functional medicine principles, mindfulness meditation, and guided imagery, she creates a sanctuary where each person's story is honored and their path to wellness is illuminated by both scientific wisdom and heartfelt understanding. Having transformed her own challenges into a wellspring of healing wisdom, she stands beside those facing chronic illness with unwavering support, helping them discover the power of presence in their healing journey.

For those seeking to bridge the gap between traditional & innovative wellness practices, or anyone walking the path of chronic illness, Theresa offers not just expertise, but genuine partnership in your journey toward wholeness. Her practice, Fit Intuit, serves as a beacon for those ready to embrace healing through mindfulness, authentic connection, and evidence-based functional medicine.

Theresa & I align so well with one another, for we both focus on living in alignment, authenticity, and deep fulfillment. I’m honored to be connected to Theresa, and to refer my client to her. - Jess Marie 🌻
